Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily HR administrations and operational works
2. Maintain, update and make recommendations to Company’s HR policies and procedures (e.g., Staff Handbook)
3. Prepare monthly and yearly budget costing for Planning Group to be reported to Japan Head Office
4. Ensure accuracy and timely processing of Payroll matters including timely submission of CPF, Income Tax to all relevant government entities
5. Prepare HR/Payroll information to management/BUs on a need-to-know basis
6. Handle Human Resource and payroll audit
7. Coordinate and implement HR/Admin projects in the department e.g., automation HR processes, digitalization and transformation to enhance the current workflow as assigned by the Chief Manager
8. Conduct market trend analysis and updates for compensation
9. Handle MAS, MOM, CPF, etc. reports and surveys
10. Work with Accounts Group to ensure accuracy in the annual leave accrual exercise, headcount reports, etc.
11. Local and Expatriates’ Income tax matters
12. Processing of Employment letter, work pass application, renewal and cancellation, etc.
13. Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements
14. Assist in arrangement of interviews during the recruitment process
15. Training & Development for employees
16. Handle Staff Enquiries
17. Prepare and Conduct new employee induction program
18. Outsourcing related matters
19. Perform other and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Chief Manager

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience
2. Possess at least a Diploma in HR Management
3. Understand current and emerging HR processes and practices
4. Good knowledge of current employment legislation
