This role will assist the Reporting Officer in building relationships with stakeholders and driving KPIs & continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, Safety (EH&S), and Sustainability areas.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute EH&S and ISO14064 audits (internal and 3rd party).
  • Lead and maintain the Company’s Continuous Improvement Programmes, offering technical expertise on statistics, tools, and practices.
  • Lead team meetings, document action plans, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Serve as point of contact (POC) for EH&S and Sustainability matters with Business Units/Divisions.
  • Review and approve EH&S Management Systems and GHG documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor EH&S Management Systems and GHG requirements for compliance.
  • Assist in customer audits and ensure timely closure of action plans.
  • Advise Business Units/Divisions on EH&S and GHG system implementation.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance system effectiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate across Business Units on best practices and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and goals with management and stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualities We Value

  • At least 5 years of experience in EH&S Management systems and certifications (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO14064, ISO50001, ISO22301 preferred).
  • Degree in Engineering or related fields, preferably in Environmental, Health, Safety, or Sustainability.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with at least 5 years’ practice.
  • Certified Audit Lead Assessor (preferred).
