Responsible for the full spectrum of purchasing functions and day-to-day operations.

Generate and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.

Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and cost optimization.

Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and product availability.

Ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies to vessels or company warehouses.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid excess or insufficient stock.

Track and manage stock levels; reorder critical items in advance.

Liaised with Finance and Logistics departments to streamline procurement, coordinate delivery processes, and ensure timely shipment dates.

Maintain and update purchase records, contracts, and delivery schedules.

Prepare procurement-related reports, including cost analysis for purchases and rental equipment.

Resolve discrepancies related to delivery, quality, quantity, and pricing.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement requirements.

Handle proper filing and documentation of sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related certificates.

Work closely with operations, technical, and logistics teams to fulfill supply needs.

Monitor purchasing activities to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
