We are looking for an E-Business Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing the digital sales strategy across various online platforms. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring seamless operations.

A day in the life of an E-Business Manager

  • Strategic Planning & Business Growth - Identify, develop, and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Platform & Marketplace Management - Oversee end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition - Drive traffic and conversions through SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Customer Experience & Retention - Enhance UX/UI of the e-commerce website/app for better engagement.
  • Supply Chain & Operations - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting - Generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, CDT) and mentor team members.
