The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Hire to Retire cycle and have extensive experience with Oracle databases and standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.

Job Description for Oracle EBS HRMS Applications Developer

The purpose of this role is to develop, customize, maintain, and support Oracle EBS HRMS Applications according to business requirements.

Skill Sets Required (Must Have)

• Good knowledge of Hire to Retire cycle
• Understanding of Oracle Apps standards, table structure, architecture, and databases (minimum 3 implementations)
• Expertise in creation/modification of SQL packages, functions, and procedures
• Experience with standard Oracle HRMS modules interfaces and APIs
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas
• Experience in creating XML Publisher reports, dashboards, and Oracle reports (10g/6i)
• Skill in Oracle Workflow Builder to create or modify workflows

Skill Sets Required (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine)
• Experience in OAF personalization, customizations, and extensions
• Experience with Forms 6i or Forms 10g
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX and ADF
• Proficiency with tools like Toad, SQL Navigator, and SQL Plus
• Understanding of integrating third-party tools with Oracle Applications

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA, with 7+ years of relevant experience as an Oracle EBS Apps Technical consultant.
