1 Year Contract Manager, Accounts Payable

Job Description:

• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice approvals and staff reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Lead the Month-End and Year-End Closing processes, including account reconciliations and support for audit requirements

• Interpret and implement financial policies and guidelines to uphold internal controls and operational efficiency

• Act as a checker for invoice and staff reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with indirect tax requirements

• Manage queries from internal stakeholders and external vendors with professionalism and responsiveness

• Participate in finance-related projects, process improvements, and system implementations to streamline operations

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 5 to 8 years of AP experience in shared service environment

• Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month
