Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and admin support. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Process and verify all supplier and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Issuing of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Job Orders.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
  • Assist in Sales Quotation.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts and administrative functions are preferred.
  • Experience in construction industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive work attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
