Overview

Accounts Assistant – Air Cargo / Logistics

• Location: Changi, Singapore
• Salary: S$2,400 – S$2,800/month + AWS & performance-based incentives
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and maintain financial records using ERP systems
• Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments
• Assist in month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and ledger reconciliations
• Organize and maintain financial documentation for audit and statutory compliance
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication, proactive, and team-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
