Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled financial professional to manage financial reporting and cashflow for their construction clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy and at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in full set accounts. Experience with Sage 300 is an advantage. The role includes preparing GL journals, managing monthly financial closes, and overseeing GST submissions.

• Must have management reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process.
• Review cashflow forecast and ensure sufficient cash balances.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and financial forecasts.
• Oversee GST submission and reconciliation.

Job description

Working Day: 5Day | Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: $4,500 - $5,000

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years working experience in construction environment
• Must have full set (particularly cashflow) and management reporting experience
• Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
