Job Description
This is a one-year contract position specifically intended to cover maternity leave.
Assist with the entire student lifecycle, including admissions, course administration, examinations, and assessments.
Handle student enquiries and provide necessary assistance.
Assist with the event planning and organization of student commencement ceremonies.
Collaborate with the team to review and improve operational processes, ensuring efficiency and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
Assist in the collation and preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in ad-hoc projects related to programme operations and student services as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Excellent administration, planning and organizational skills, with a good eye for details and thoroughness in work.
Customer-centric with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, with the ability to monitor tasks and follow up within tight deadlines.
Meticulous and attentive, due to the sensitive nature of the work.
Self-driven, resourceful and a great team player.
Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
