Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage company events and activities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, including digital initiatives, signature events, and in-person engagement, to meet fundraising targets.
• Create strategies to effectively promote events and fundraising efforts.
• Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and onsite execution.
• Support planning and execution of corporate events.
• Maintain and optimise the Donor Management database to enhance operational efficiency.
• Respond to enquiries regarding donations, sponsorships, and community projects.
• Process gifts, manage donation‑in‑kind, and address donor queries professionally.
