Job description

Attend to request for quote through the online portal
Liaise with clients and insurers on policies renewal and new business placement
Source for new business and build good rapport with insurers in order to secure the best deals for our clients
Answer product-related enquiries from clients and provide solutions
Perform premium and benefits comparison by analysing the data obtained and propose solutions to clients
Conduct Benefits Presentation sessions
Monthly reporting of the new business's conversion rate and policy renewal's retention rate

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline and above
BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI certifications are essential
At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table VLookup), MS PowerPoint and MS Word
