A leading financial management firm in Singapore seeks a candidate to support financial planning and accounting operations. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, conducting variance analyses, and maintaining full sets of accounts. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, and preferably an ACCA qualification. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement.
This role will support our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis activities, as well as accounting operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with financial modelling, data analysis, and communicating insights that support strategic decision-making.

Prepare management reports, including commentary and insights on business performance.
Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, explaining key drivers.
Maintain full sets of accounts and performs month-end closing activities.
Prepare financial statements and support year-end audit and tax compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and financial regulations.
Contribute to finance process improvements and participate in the implementation of planning tools and financial systems
Any other ad-hoc projects.
Preferred Experience
Min 5 years relevant work experience.
Strong technical knowledge, especially in financial reporting standards.
Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage
Experience in SAP will be added advantage
Education and Key certifications necessary
Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or professional qualification in accounting or finance (ACCA or equivalent) is preferable.
