Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations, and address client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and identify new business opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.

3. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.

4. Budget Management Support

  • Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in key account management or sales operations, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
