Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations, and address client needs promptly and professionally.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and identify new business opportunities to drive account growth.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
4. Budget Management Support
- Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in key account management or sales operations, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
