Qualifications

• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans des produits financiers/trading.
• Compétences en conception de modules de trading requises.
• Familiarité avec le protocole FIX ou les API de trading est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Optimiser le design d'interaction de tout le processus de transaction.
• Suivre les métriques clés et proposer des plans de tests A/B.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de contrôle des risques pour optimiser les prompts des règles de trading.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for optimizing the experience of the core trading chain (spot/contract/leverage) of the exchange, reducing trading friction, improving execution efficiency and user retention through data insights and User Research, ultimately creating an industry-leading trading experience.

Responsibilities

Transaction process design

• Optimise the Interaction Design of the entire process from order to closing to settlement, balancing the efficiency of professional traders and the ease of use for beginners.
• Design quick features for high-frequency trading scenarios, and evaluate technical feasibility with the engineering team

Data-driven decision-making

• Monitor key metrics, identify user experience bottle necks, and propose A/B testing plans
• Analyse differences in bahaviour between large and small investors and design a layered experience strategy.

Cross team collaboration

• Collaborate with risk control team to optimize trading rule prompts, reducing user misoperations
• Promote the improvement of the usability of API documentation and developer tools, to serve quantitative trading users.

Industry Benchmarking

• Consistently analyse functions of competitors, extract best practices and drive innovation
• Track the trend of derivatives and plan the trading product matrix.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in financial/trading products, with a background in exchanges, securities firms, and quantitative platforms preferred.
• Proficient in the design logic of trading modules such as order books, K-Line charts and funding rates; familiarity with FIX protocol or trading API will be advantageous.
• Strong Data Analysis skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
