We are seeking a bilingual Sales Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional, and dynamic environment. The role involves supporting our District Sales team through activities like qualifying leads, organizing sales events, managing CRM data, preparing reports, supporting sales initiatives, and coordinating communication and logistics for sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying sales leads using analytics tools.
  • Supporting pre-sale activities and organizing customer engagement events.
  • Managing customer accounts in the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.
  • Assisting in bid responses, reporting, and preparing marketing materials.
  • Supporting sales with rate requests and maintaining updated tariffs and rates.
  • Coordinating visitor management and sales meetings.
  • Participating in training to stay informed of sales tools and processes.
  • Supporting onboarding of new sales personnel and additional company needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in organizing webinars, online events, and targeted marketing.
  • Understanding of social media and inbound marketing methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis skills with Excel and Power BI; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and influence others.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
