Salary: Up to $3,450

Administrative Support & Programme Management (Primary Focus)

• Process claims for enhanced internship and work‑study upgrading programmes
• Track and monitor PET programme budget utilisation to ensure effective resource allocation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for programme activities and financial transactions
• Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for TIP Alliance initiatives
• Ensure compliance with government financial guidelines and audit requirements

Programme Evaluation & Quality Assurance

• Review course evaluation submissions from IHLs for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare evaluation papers and submissions for Director’s approval
• Maintain tracking systems for IHL courses, including graduate career pathways and training outcomes

Industry Partnerships & Engagement

• Support engagement with skill‑based hiring pledge companies under TIP Alliance programmes
• Assist in managing relationships with universities, polytechnics, ITEs, and industry partners
• Contribute to data‑informed initiatives to improve graduate employment outcomes

Event Management & Stakeholder Relations

• Coordinate logistics and support the organisation of TIP Alliance meetings and engagement events
• Assist in planning and executing industry and stakeholder events
• Organise appreciation and networking sessions for partners

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse programme data to assess impact and maintain performance dashboards
• Track key metrics such as graduate employment rates and career progression
• Prepare regular reports with evidence‑based insights and recommendations

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience may be considered

Professional Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in programme administration, education administration, or operations support
• Experience in claims processing, grant tracking, or financial administration is advantageous
• Familiarity with government procedures or skills training programmes is a plus

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, Word for documentation)
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools preferred
