Job description

We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a critical system implementation initiative. This role will focus on enabling successful user adoption through structured change management activities, strategic communications, and comprehensive training development and delivery. The incumbent will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and sustained adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Support: Develop and execute communication plans and collaterals to keep stakeholders informed throughout the system implementation lifecycle. Create clear, engaging content such as newsletters, announcements, FAQs, and progress updates tailored to different audience groups. Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Establish and manage feedback loops between end users and implementation teams to address concerns and improve engagement. Analyse communication effectiveness using metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimise messaging strategies.

  • Training Development and Delivery: Design and deliver training programmes tailored to various user groups, roles, and skill levels across the organisation. Develop comprehensive training materials including user guides, manuals, e‑learning content, and quick reference guides. Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments to inform programme design and delivery approach. Provide post‑training and transition support to users, addressing questions, issues, and adoption challenges. Coordinate and facilitate instructor‑led sessions, workshops, and virtual training as required.

  • Change Management Activities: Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, processes, and operational areas. Support change readiness assessments and implement targeted interventions to mitigate resistance. Monitor adoption metrics, training effectiveness, and user feedback to identify areas requiring additional support or course correction. Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track progress against change and adoption objectives. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate change outcomes.

  • Analysis and Assessment: Perform stakeholder analysis to map influence, impact, engagement levels, and readiness across affected groups. Gather and analyse user requirements to inform training programmes and communication strategies. Develop data‑driven change impact assessments and present insights, findings, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience in change management, training delivery, communications, or organisational development roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly language.
  • Experience in project coordination and familiarity with training tools, learning platforms, and collaboration technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support evidence‑based change decisions.
  • Ability to translate business and project requirements into actionable change management and adoption strategies.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, or change‑related roles.
  • Prior experience supporting system implementations, technology rollouts, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change management certifications or relevant training qualifications from recognised institutions (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ITIL, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
