Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination. Responsibilities include processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with logistics teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong teamwork skills and a positive work attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, handle inquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Plan and schedule deliveries and prepare relevant shipping & documentation requirements.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with the Procurement team.
- Follow up on purchase orders to support on-time fulfillment.
- Liaise with the logistics team to arrange and monitor shipments.
Skills
