Job Description

• Process SAP accounting tasks in accordance with Business Process Control guidelines, ensuring proper verification of supporting documents such as delivery notes, contracts, and invoices.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities accurately using the Closing Process Checklist to ensure completeness of sales, purchase, and non-operating entries.
• Provide clarification for third-party or cross-border payments, maintain workflow accuracy and efficiency, and build strong communication with Business and Corporate Divisions to support smooth operations within internal policies.
• Participate in ad-hoc departmental tasks and digital transformation initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance workflow automation, efficiency, and overall process optimization.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least one year of experience in accounting or related areas (AP, AR, or financial reporting).
• Knowledge of SAP workflows and accounting tasks, able to handle documents and verify transactions.
