About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Consultant at Shakura Pigmentation Beauty Pte Ltd, a leading provider of beauty services in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, products, and policies
  3. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and find effective resolutions
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Identify upselling opportunities and provide recommendations to customers
  6. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
