A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to draft and follow up on sales quotations, handle documentation, and coordinate project execution. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Construction or a related field and at least 1 year of sales experience. Training is available for those new to the field. This permanent position offers an attractive salary package including basic pay and allowances, with a work schedule of 5.5 days a week.

Working Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance (if have own vehicle)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and follow up on sales quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Handle all sales documentation and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Develop new business connections, identify prospects, and promote the company's offerings.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and collect feedback to improve services.
  • Create and deliver presentations on company's products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and potential new clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze data to generate sales reports.
  • Other tasks as directed by Manager.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience desired.
  • Preference for candidates with a Class 3 Driving License and their own vehicle, although this is not mandatory.
