• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in the MRP/SAP system.
• Follow up with vendors on delivery status and update ETAs.
• Coordinate material purchases, arrange shipments, and handle cash requests.
• Communicate with Mandarin/dialect-speaking vendors and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Work closely with engineers and planners to support production schedules.
• Prioritize fixture orders while managing other PO types (CW, SP, MO, etc.).
• Source alternative components to avoid delays when needed.

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred).
• Knowledge of POs, inventory management, and SAP/MRP systems.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
