Job summary

A human resource company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an administrative support role. The position involves assisting in document management, preparing teaching materials, and supporting school events. Key requirements include a minimum 'O' level Certificate, preferably with over 1 year of relevant experience, good communication skills, and basic IT proficiency. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm, with a monthly salary of up to $2600 for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the distribution and collection of documents.

  • Perform assigned administrative duties.

Job Scope
  • Assist in the distribution and collection of documents, preparation of teaching and learning materials and resources.
  • Assist teachers in preparation and maintenance of materials/equipment for lessons and experiments in the Science Laboratory/learning environment, and Special Rooms.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of data, stock records, surveys or similar.
  • Assist in school events/ activities.
  • Assist in maintaining/ updating school bulletin/ notice boards and decoration of premises for festivities/ events.
  • Assist in performing administrative duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ level Certificate
  • Preferably with more than 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Possesses basic IT skills e.g. MS Office.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and able to multi-task when necessary.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team.
