Job summary
A leading company in the specialty chemicals industry is looking for a strategic Sales Manager with extensive experience in the aircraft inflight and MRO sectors. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and lead a team towards achieving sales targets. An entrepreneurial mindset and proven leadership skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in specialty chemicals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the specialty chemicals industry, specifically focusing on the aircraft inflight and MRO sectors.
- Identify and target potential clients in the industry to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
