Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a role focused on order management and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating client business requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing reports. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma and have at least two years of experience in order management within supply chain or logistics. They should possess strong communication skills for liaising with international clients across different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer service.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to liaise with regions in different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client’s business requirements and ensure service levels.
  • Attend to client inquiries regarding orders and shipping.
  • Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
  • Follow up to resolve all client issues and problems.
  • Work with teams to meet clients' operational requirements.
  • Initiate continuous process improvements.
  • Provide business reports to management and clients.
  • Participate in demand planning with clients as required.

5 days work week, Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Roles

To work closely with team to give periodic review and evaluation of present accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of client’s business requirement to ensure good service level are delivered to clients.
  • Attend client’s enquiries and requirement on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc
  • Advising client on delivery schedule and inventory availability.
  • Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from Clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met
  • Initiate continuous processes improvement.
  • Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Participate in Demand planning with the client when require
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline with 2 years in order management or customer service.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing preferred.
  • Able to liaise with regions timing different Eg Europe/America when neccessary
