Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (MuleSoft) to lead the technical delivery of a mission-critical retail platform built on AWS microservices architecture, processing millions of requests per day. You will drive key integration, optimization, and refactoring initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability across the enterprise ecosystem.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Assess and optimize existing application and integration architecture to support growth and scalability.
• Guide Java-based backend enhancements with a strong focus on performance, concurrency, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce API governance, logging, and security standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps and database teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and data performance.
• Provide technical leadership and support for production systems, ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft (Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, CloudHub).
• Proven background in Java/Spring Boot and high-throughput system design (~510K RPS).
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services,REST/Kafka/SQS/SNS integrations, andAPI-led connectivity.
• Skilled in database design and tuning (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS Code Commit) and monitoring platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, New Relic).
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• MuleSoft certification preferred; AWS certification a plus.
