A leading global hospitality company is seeking a (Senior) Analyst, Development for the Asia Pacific region. This role involves analyzing development strategies, creating proposals and presentations, and monitoring industry trends. With direction from the SVP, you will work with colleagues, industry contacts and competitors to assist in analysing Hilton’s development strategy. Given Singapore is the hub of the APAC Development Team, there is a wider corporate dimension to strategy and reporting as it feeds into the wider enterprise of Hilton Worldwide.
Analysis, reporting and presentations include:
You will be responsible for the creation of a variety of proposals and presentations targeting a broad range of internal and external audiences.
As a member of the Renewal and Retention team, you will play a key role in monitoring trends with particular focus on:
Working with the Brand and B2B Marketing teams, you will be actively engaged in the conceptualisation, design and production of a wide variety of Development Marketing aids and collateral.
Assist in the preparation and production of Deal Authority papers in strict accordance with the deal approval policy.
Facilitate and organise monthly deal engagement calls liaising with regional heads of Development to create the meeting agenda and follow up items.
Know the systems and how development data is recorded to ensure accurate reporting.
You will maintain up to date knowledge of the Brand portfolio and product initiatives to assist the Development team to optimally position the Brands in the marketplace.
Maintain up to date development repository such as enterprise pitch materials, internal reports, and industry reports.
