Qualification: Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Marketing, or a related field

• High level of experience in dealing with HNI clients and Corporate Treasuries
• Good knowledge of financial products
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth demands

• Investment and trading in SLR (G-Sec/SDL) and Non SLR Bonds, CP, CD, NCDs in Primary and Secondary Market
• Primary placement of Bonds (NCD), Commercial Paper (CP), and Certificates of Deposit (CD) with Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Corporate, and FIIs
• Interbank dealing
• End-to-end management of debt proposals from sourcing to placement, at the best terms for the Client
• Client Acquisition (Banks / Insurance / MF or corporate) for sourcing and placement
