A well-established client in Southeast Asia is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support their Accounts team. The role involves handling financial transactions, managing inventory documentation, and providing administrative support. Duties
Process Financial Transactions:: Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers; ensure timely payments to suppliers.
System & Data Management: Learn and operate the in-house accounting system; handle accurate data entry.
Inventory & Documentation: Assist with inventory-related entries and maintain organized filing of accounting documents.
Administrative Support: Perform daily accounting tasks and support various finance-related functions as needed.
Bank & Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage bank visits for document submissions and carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
