Join Apple as an AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst, focusing on Vietnamese language. This role involves annotating audio and visual data, evaluating responses against guidelines, and supporting the enhancement of Apple services through AI and machine learning. The position is based at the Apple campus in Ang Mo Kio and requires working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 7am-9am start and 4pm-6pm end.

• Proficient in Vietnamese reading, writing, and comprehension
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and comprehension
• Excellent active listening skills, understanding verbal nuances
• Knowledge of local region and cultural variations
• Demonstrates integrity and respects customer privacy

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in language evaluation
• Highly organized with the ability to navigate systems independently
• Experience in content review or similar environments; prior testing experience is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workflows
• Team-oriented with openness to feedback
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and make timely decisions
• Experience with Siri, AI assistants, or related technologies
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data, including sensitive content
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
