Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a proactive Partner & Business Development Coordinator to accelerate the XSP business in Singapore. You will support account managers, onboard partners, maintain CRM hygiene, and help manage the partner ecosystem across vendors and customers.

You will contribute to pipeline development, market research, and reporting, collaborating with sales, presales, operations, and marketing to deliver compelling partner engagements and measurable growth for XSP solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• 0-1 year’s experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner engagement and business development activities.
• Support onboarding and enablement of partners for XSP offerings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for internal reviews
