Job summary

You will manage key accounts, onboard partners and deliver tailored proposals for Build-To-Order opportunities. The role also involves training partner and direct sales teams, coordinating roadshows and events, and analysing performance to optimise profitability and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel sales, business development, account management, trade marketing or distribution.
• Able to prospect for new customers, build networks and negotiate with partners.
• Capable of managing existing accounts while growing sales and distribution.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to train partner sales teams and present to audiences.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing sales performance, stock levels, partner profitability and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Drive Viomi’s channel sales growth by developing new business and strengthening channel partnerships.
• Identify, onboard and manage customers and channel partners to improve distribution and sell-through.
• Develop tailored proposals for specialised and project channels, including Build-To-Order developments.
• Plan and deliver regular product and selling-skills training for channel partners and direct sales teams.
• Support partner presentations, roadshows and events to showcase Viomi’s brand and products.
• Profile partners, develop channel plans, monitor performance and optimise profitability and resource allocation.
• Lead weekly channel sales meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
