Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an entry-level Partner & Sales Coordinator in Singapore to support account managers, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role focuses on partner onboarding, renewal management, and sales reporting.

You will help track renewal schedules, prepare engagement reports, and support ongoing marketing and partner campaigns while contributing to business operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 0-1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat applications.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers with partner follow-ups and communications.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and sales pipeline updates.
• Coordinate internal communications between sales, presales, operations, and partners.
• Assist in partner onboarding and account support processes.
• Handle subscription renewal management and monitor renewal schedules.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for internal reviews and business operations.
