Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Partner Sales Specialist to manage reseller/partner accounts, respond to quotations, and coordinate product and order requests with speed and accuracy.

You will drive quarterly revenue targets, expand the partner network, nurture existing relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers and ensure high service levels across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, inside sales, or channel/partner sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers/partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner sales enquiries, including quotations and product/order-related requests.
• Drive revenue performance by meeting agreed quarterly objectives and sales targets.
• Identify, engage, and onboard potential new reseller/partner accounts to expand the partner network.
• Strengthen existing partner relationships, spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities and planning actions to grow share of wallet.
• Coordinate with vendors to request special pricing, promotions, and ad-hoc discount support when needed.
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities (e.g., follow-ups, outreach to support initiatives, and stakeholder meetings).
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and issue resolution, and to maintain high service levels.
• Prepare and share relevant updates and performance reports within required timelines.
• Support internal stakeholders to resolve operational blockers that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Take on additional assignments/projects aligned to business needs when required.
