Job summary

X Star in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of X Port through new customer acquisition and ongoing development. This is an individual contributor role combining hunter and farmer duties, with responsibilities to onboard new customers and strengthen existing relationships.

You will work closely with Product and Development teams to translate user feedback into product improvements, and you will plan campaigns with dealers, financial institutions, and ecosystem

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in automotive and/or fintech sectors is advantageous.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts.
• Strong ability to manage the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and acquire new customers and partners.
• Build a healthy pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Deliver pitches, proposals, demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Manage customer onboarding and drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Collect user feedback and coordinate with Product/Development teams on enhancements.
• Monitor activation and MAU to sustain growth and inform campaigns.
