Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Specialist on a 1-year contract. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing electronic parts, organizing shipments, and maintaining warehouse organization. Certification to operate forklifts and relevant experience in a warehouse are required. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime provisions.

Overview

1 Year Contract (Extendable/Convertible)

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store electronic parts and products upon arrival
• Pick and pack items accurately according to sales orders or packing lists for outgoing shipments
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to perform stock-taking and update inventory records precisely
• Handle delicate electronic components with care and adhere to ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled and tagged for tracking and identification
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and in line with 5S housekeeping standards
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, including communication with delivery personnel or couriers
• Participate in periodic cycle counts and inventory checks
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (only if certified) to transport goods within the warehouse
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard procedures for managing electronic goods

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 8AM to 5PM (40 hours + 4 hours OT per week)

Requirement: Relevant experience in warehouse environment
