Job summary

A leading safety management firm in Singapore is seeking a proactive Workplace Safety Officer. Responsibilities include implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and coordinating safety training. Candidates should hold a diploma in a related field and have at least 2–3 years of experience in safety management, ideally in warehouse or logistics. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. This role involves a 6-day work week on rotating shifts, aiming to promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• WSH Officer / Coordinator certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of safety experience, preferably in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing.
• Able to conduct training and safety briefings.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to promote safe work practices.
• Oversee PPE compliance and safety signage.
• Support emergency response planning and fire drills.
