Responsibilities

• Provide Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) enforcement support on site.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risks arising from workplace activities and work processes.
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policies and the Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA).
• Advise project teams on work plans, Risk Assessments (RA), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Recommend and take reasonably practicable actions to eliminate or mitigate safety risks to personnel.
• Inspect and examine machinery, equipment, plant, installations, and work areas within the workplace.
• Organise and conduct safety and health awareness programmes for site personnel.
• Compile all relevant reports and records and carry out daily site safety inspections.
• Conduct site safety and health audits, meetings, and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare hazard analysis reports and safety and health management programmes, ensuring effective implementation.
• Inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices, and documentation required under WSHA.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to tunnelling or MRT projects preferred.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
• Prior experience with LTA projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices.
