We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.

What will you be doing as Workshop Supervisor?
  • To supervise daily operations of the robotics workshop, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality‑driven robotic and automation processes in line with production requirements and manpower allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams on robot setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor production progress, minimize downtime, and support on‑time delivery.
  • Ensure all processes meet quality standards and drawings/specifications.
  • Enforce safety rules, safe work procedures, and proper use of robotic cell safety devices.
  • Train, guide, and supervise workshop technicians.
  • Maintain basic production, safety, and improvement records.
  • Support Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
  • A Supervisory Capacity preferably in the marine line
  • Capable of interpreting technical and engineering drawings
  • To conduct tool‑box meeting with subordinates to disseminate information and instructions
  • A diploma in marine engineering with shipyard experience
  • Fruitful and Meaningful relationship with our customers
  • A good attitude with willingness to learn
