The ideal candidate should have a WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or related fields, be a Registered WSH Officer, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ISO standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant HSE experience in corporate or industrial settings.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements.

Overview

Our client is a well‑established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Executive, HSSE to join their HSSE team, in hopes of developing the current high‑performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce workplace safety practices across multiple sites
• Investigate and report safety violations; initiate safety time‑outs when required
• Support incident prevention through regular site assessments and safety audits
• Work closely with teams to ensure compliance with WSH regulations and ISO 45001 / 14001 standards
• Travel across Singapore sites (up to 50%)

Requirements

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related fields
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• At least 3 years of relevant HSE experience in corporate or industrial settings
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, or RPA tools is an advantage
