Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Workplace Experience Manager/Lead to drive day-to-day facilities operations, manage a team of ambassadors and hard/soft services vendors, and ensure safety, cost control and continuity. You will partner with clients and vendors to deliver high-quality workplace experiences.

The role requires leadership of a cross-functional team, budget oversight, and strong problem-solving across facilities services to support business continuity and a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace/facilities teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, procurement and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client offices including soft services, event management, helpdesk and security.
• Liaise with Government Authorities as required and report on facility management activities.
• Manage 3rd party / subcontractor performance and KPI; ensure SOPs are current and training is provided.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports on facility management and soft services.
• Monitor health and safety and participate in risk reviews and emergency procedures.
• Drive cost optimizations while maintaining high operational standards and continuity.
