Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Event Ambassador to manage the daily event experience across client offices, coordinating with facilities, security, catering and vendors to deliver end-to-end events, from setup and dismantling to on-site support.

You will partner with client real estate leads and cross‑functional teams to drive employee programs and workplace excellence, handle multiple projects, manage budgets and calendars, and potentially provide after-hours

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations.
• Strong operational mindset with passion for employee experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of overall workplace event experiences and end-to-end issue resolution.
• Manage employee event requests through CMMS or client systems and respond promptly.
• Coordinate on-site and remote events, handle AV, space security, and catering liaison.
• Support meeting rooms and spaces, troubleshoot calendar clashes, ensure readiness.
• Maintain relationships with building management and operations for access, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Communicate updates via client platforms or email for visitor experience clarity.
• Collaborate with FM, HX and Workplace Security on safety drills and programs.
• Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe event environment.
