Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador to own the overall workplace experience and manage daily soft facilities operations in the Singapore office. You will work with the client’s real estate team, landlord, and service partners to deliver high-touch hospitality, space planning, cleaning, waste management, and events support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations.
• Experience in coordinating on-site soft facilities and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site soft facilities operational and administrative duties.
• Partner with in-house maintenance team for daily maintenance and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor submission of service partners’ daily inspections and periodic reports.
• Coordinate and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement.
• Oversee waste, pest control and cleaning scheduling.
• Review service partners’ deployment and duties to optimize manpower usage.
• Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure service partners follow health and safety policies and HS&E requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safe practices.
• Report any non-conformance or unsafe conditions to management.
• Coordinate training programs for cleaners, landscapers, waste and pest control.
• Support events setup and logistics including AV and site layout.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks on HSE and lessons learned.
• Provide hospitality as receptionist coverage when needed.
