Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Workplace Management or related field and relevant experience in facilities or corporate office operations. On-site Singapore location with a focus on client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and seamless environment.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace services.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations.
• Monitor vendor performance and support the delivery of maintenance works and workplace projects.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to agreed standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for workplace-related matters.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients occupants and service partners.
• Communicate operational updates workplace initiatives and service-related matters effectively.
• Support compliance with statutory, safety, and client requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and follow-up actions to maintain workplace standards.
• Support sustainability, quality, and workplace certification initiatives where applicable.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor workplace performance metrics.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
