Responsibilities

• Support daily workplace operations and inspections using established procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, departures, inductions, welcome kits, and access cards.
• Support workstation moves and office changes, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Process business cards, staff name tags, and other print requests.
• Maintain front-of-house areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and building management; monitor service tickets.
