kaishi partners pte. ltd. is hiring a Workplace & Engagement Coordinator/Lead to support our Singapore office and help create a warm, welcoming, and well-run workplace experience.

This hands-on, people-facing role blends logistics and operations with hospitality and judgment as our team grows. You will be the face of the office, coordinate candidate hospitality and security, and help interviews run on time while managing mail, procurement, budgets, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
• Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience in front desk, office coordination, hospitality, or rapid-growth companies is a plus.
• Creativity and interest in employee events is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the office and direct local candidate hospitality operations.
• Coordinate with building security to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Support recruiting by welcoming candidates and helping interviews run on time.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Oversee office procurement budgets, vendor contracts, and workplace logistics.
• Assist office services teams as needed and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• Partner with Employee Experience on onboarding processes and daily needs.
• Coordinate distribution of office supplies and swag for employees and guests.
• Arrange client meetings, interviews, and team offsites for employees across the team.
• Contribute to planning office events to keep morale high.
