Job summary

CBRE Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator in Singapore delivers world-class customer service to employees and guests in a designated building. You are the first point of contact, greeting visitors, issuing passes, and escorting guests while following security protocols.

You will answer calls professionally, arrange activities, manage maintenance requests, oversee supplies, and prepare client materials in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with ability to review and select solutions without supervisory approval.
• Ability to explain detailed information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes while following security protocols.
• Answer the telephone professionally to make a memorable first impression.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and address vendor staff issues as needed.
• Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide team support including office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Create customized client materials following brand guidelines.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify relevant parties for safety.
• Recognize and resolve typical and atypical problems in own area without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options to impact service quality.
• Follow standardized procedures with regular but moderate supervision.
