Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the face of the workplace, ensuring spaces are ready and employees and visitors enjoy a seamless experience.

You will deliver exceptional service, provide workplace support and wayfinding, coordinate meeting rooms and common areas, resolve issues, and contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives while building strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, coworking, workplace experience, or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, approachable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Provide workplace support, information, and wayfinding assistance.
• Ensure meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are employee-ready.
• Conduct workplace walkthroughs and report maintenance or facilities issues.
• Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot workplace concerns, and coordinate resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience.
• Support employee engagement and workplace well‑being initiatives.
