Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager/Lead to supervise a team of Workplace Ambassadors, Event Ambassadors and soft services professionals, ensuring day-to-day facilities operations, safety, and vendor performance.

You will partner with engineering, manage budgets, contracts, health and safety reviews, and drive continuous improvement while supporting business continuity and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in facilities management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Services or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vendor management in related services.
• Strong in operational budget management and related financial skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Experience in managing soft services (cleaning, landscaping, concierge, event coordination) and related operations.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workplace/ event ambassadors and soft services professionals to ensure high service quality.
• Manage client/escalation relationships and monitor KPI performance with client and landlord.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations including soft services, event management, helpdesk and security.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes to ensure value and compliance.
• Oversee financial operations, budgets, cost control and reporting.
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures and business continuity plans.
